The 1^st International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Business Development (SBD), which is initiated and organized by the cooperation among Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMC-OU), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Global Compact Network Viet Nam, Saxion University (the Netherlands), Berlin School of Economics and Law (Germany), University of Rouen (France), Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Brussels), and University of International Studies of Rome - UNINT (Italia), will be held at HCMC-OU on 27^th November 2015.

The conference aims at opening a platform for both researchers and practitioners to discuss and debate recent insights on socially responsible practices and sustainable business development in various industries. Furthermore, the conference will be providing opportunity to network and to share knowledge towards economic integration and business sustainable development.

The year 2015 marks a breakthrough for Viet Nam by joining the Asian Economic Community (AEC). Together with many opportunities, the integration might also pose challenges for business community. In order to adapt fierce competition environment, reforms are required to promote advantages by Vietnamese enterprises. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability could be the fundamental factors to participate further in the regional and global value chain, and to enhance their capacity to be stronger especially in terms of human resources.

The Organizing Committee of the 1st International Conference on CSR and Sustainable Business Development invites Researchers, Scholars, Educators and Industry Leaders around the world to submit their academic papers or working papers to take part of this conference.
